Pang De was one of the characters in the Chinese historical novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms.
Pang De was originally a military general under the warlord Ma Teng and his son, Ma Chao. When Ma Chao defected to join Liu Bei, Pang De stayed behind and eventually joined Cao Cao and the Wei Kingdom whom he had earlier rebelled against.
