1. Is Loot A Brick a LEGO Group company?
Loot A Brick is not associated with The LEGO Group. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group of companies which does not sponsor, authorize or endorse this site.
2. Will you tell me what's coming in each box?
It's a surprise! Be ready to be thrilled!

3. Can I give this as a gift to someone?
Yes, it will function the same way as your very own subscription. However, do input the address of the person you are gifting it to and indicate that it is a gift in the message.

4. If I sign up for the 1/3/6 months subscription, am I charged the full amount upfront?
Yes, you will be charged the full amount in order to enjoy the discounted price for the 3/6 months option.

5. When do I get my Loot A Brick box?
We will be sending out each box on the 20th of each month, so you will likely get it between 23rd-26th of the month.

6. This month's box is already shipped out, can I still order?
If you register after a box is sent out, you will be automatically signed up for the following month's subscription box.

7. Is Loot A Brick suitable for me?
This box of surprise is unique and should be great for brick lovers aged from 12 and up. As the contents will be suitable for most brick enthusiasts, we cannot guarantee that the contents are customised to your desires.
8. What is the material of the toys made of?
The toys are made of mainly Plastic ABS material.

9. Where do you ship to?
Loot A Brick currently only ships to anywhere in Singapore except Pulau Ubin and Jurong Island. For delivery to Sentosa, additional charges may apply. For overseas shipment, please check with us at enquiries@lootabrick.com

10. Do you accept refunds?
Please refer to our returns & exchange policy.

11. I did not receive my subscription box, what should I do?
If in the unlikely event that you do not receive your box, drop us a mail at enquiries@lootabrick.com
12. I want my personalised/MOC product to be featured in the box, is it possible?
We are always on the lookout for creative subscribers who wishes to share their own creations. Please email us at myowncreation@lootabrick.com for further discussion.
13. What if I am unable to collect my items for a long period?
We are always able to arrange for shipping of the items to you via Normal Mail or Registered Mail or Courier Services. Please refer to our shipping charges when you check out. However, should there be any items that is not collected by a period of 3 months from the day we inform you, the order will be considered as completed. Items not collected will be forfeited. We will not keep the items for more than 3 months. (Subject to case by case basis)
