How It Works: A Session Built for Impact
The session is run by our facilitator, providing prompts and guidance for the team to breeze through a fun and meaningful session. Just imagination, bricks, and a bit of storytelling magic.
Here’s the flow:
🔹 Activity 1: Identifying Member’s Contribution
Each participant shares the story behind their quick build—what they bring to the team, their personal “superpower,” and how they support others. It’s about being seen, heard, and appreciated. You’ll be surprised how much value surfaces in just a few bricks and words.
🔹 Activity 2: Map the Current Team Landscape
In small groups, teams co-build a 3D model of what their team looks like today—strengths, challenges, and dynamics. Real talk, visualized with bricks.
🔹 Activity 3: Envision the Future Together
Same team, same bricks, new story. This time, teams build their ideal future—what they hope to become, how they’ll grow, and the “blockages” they’ll overcome.
🔹 Activity 4: Connect to the Big Picture
Wrap it all up with a shared narrative. Teams reflect on how their builds connect to the company’s broader mission. It’s the “why” behind every brick.
