Kratos is the protagonist of the God of War, Ragnarok. He is a Spartan warrior who was tricked into killing his own family by Ares, the god of war. Kratos then became the new God of War, but he was eventually betrayed by Zeus, his father. Kratos has since embarked on a series of adventures in attempts to avert disaster or to change his fate.
