Romance of the Three Kingdoms Huang Zhong (LAB)

Huang Zhong, styled Hansheng, was one of the famous Five Tiger Generals of Shu in the Romance of the Three Kingdoms. Though he entered service at an older age, his skill with the bow and his martial prowess rivaled those of men decades younger. Renowned as a master archer, he could shoot with deadly precision even in the chaos of battle, earning fear and respect alike from enemies. His valor was not diminished by age; instead, it added to his legend, for he proved that loyalty and strength of spirit could transcend time. Loyal to Liu Bei, he became a vital part of Shu’s campaigns and an enduring symbol of perseverance. His courage at the Battle of Mount Dingjun, where he slew Xiahou Yuan, stands as his most glorious achievement.
