Zheng Chenggong

Zheng Chenggong, known in the West as Koxinga, was the most legendary loyalist of the fallen Ming Dynasty, a man who refused to bow to the rising Qing Empire. Born to a Chinese father and Japanese mother, he inherited both maritime strength and unshakable resolve, forging a powerful naval force dedicated to restoring Ming rule.

From his island strongholds, he carried the banner of resistance and achieved his greatest victory by driving the Dutch from Taiwan, transforming it into a base of Ming hope. Though he never reclaimed the mainland, Zheng Chenggong became an eternal symbol of loyalty, defiance, and the undying will of a dynasty that refused to fade quietly.
